As a values-based company, Kraftstrom Partners, s. r. o. adheres to ethical business principles. We are convinced that an honest and fair approach to business plays a key role in achieving the prosperity of society as a whole and promoting the common good.

This document outlines the principles we believe in and the values we follow, not only in business activities but also in interpersonal relationships, as well as in our responsibility towards the wider community and the environment.

The individual principles are not numbered in order to emphasize that each of them is equally important to us.

The following moral and ethical principles are binding for all individuals acting on behalf of our company. At the same time, they represent the company’s public commitment to its employees, business partners, and suppliers.

We adhere to fair business principles in accordance with the highest ethical standards. We value every business partner and fulfil our contractual obligations. We reject unethical practices, including excessive profit-making, cartel agreements, misleading advertising, and nepotism.

Corruption will never be tolerated

We do not tolerate corrupt or dishonest behaviour. We are committed to continuous and proactive efforts to combat corruption in all areas of our business.

We do not offer our business partners any undue advantages beyond fair and transparent cooperation.

We work with reliable suppliers

We select our suppliers fairly and objectively. We require our suppliers to act with integrity and to comply with business ethics.

We avoid conflicts of interest

We never place personal interests or potential benefits above the best interests of the company. Our employees do not engage in activities that could lead to personal gain at the expense of the company.

If an employee identifies a potential conflict of interest, they must inform their superior without undue delay. The superior will then assess whether a conflict of interest exists, taking all relevant circumstances into account.
